NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top finance companies are mixed at 10 a.m.: Bank of America fell $.37 or 2.6 percent, to $13.61. Citigroup rose $.04 or 1.0 percent, to $3.94. JPMorgan Chase fell $.04 or .1 percent, to $38.96.
