NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top finance companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Bank of America fell $.09 or .6 percent, to $13.88. Citigroup rose $.01 or .1 percent, to $4.07. JPMorgan Chase fell $.54 or 1.3 percent, to $39.90.
