Marilla Payment to Fire Company Draws Scrutiny
A New York State audit of the Town of Marilla’s internal controls on finances found that the town had several problems with documenting vouchers and bidding for services during the last two years. The report also cited the town for an improper payment to the Marilla Fire Company.
