Open EC Subsidiary Closes a $700,000 Financing and Completes the Acquisition of i-Plexus Solutions, Inc.
NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA– – Open EC Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed $700,000 financing funded by an insider backed debenture in order to close an acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary, SoftCare Electronic Commerce Inc., of all the outstanding shares of i-Plexus Solutions, Inc. located in San Antonio, Texas on March 31, 2011.
