@icudp it quiet simple a Company only offers shares based on its need to raise capital with out the need to going to the bank.. Once the company’s shares have been offered to the public , the way the shares are traded after the the inital offering would be out of hands of the company.. weather the shares are high or low. Companies only fear shares trading lowly because it may result in a hostile takeover….
@icudp everytime u buy a share(s) of a company u pay transaction fee. say u bought 100 shares it counts as 1 transaction and it can cost u anywhere from 5 dollars to 35 dollars depending upon where u buy from on top of the price of each share. and in stock market people are constantly buying and selling thousands of shares. some company have flat rate of X dollars whereas some charge per X number of shares and some with X percent.

@PIlotrcm Its funny how thoose bits of information, always seems to be left out! Always in economics, they focus on some parts and let other parts be out of the picture. So most explanations in economics are some form av propaganda for the free market system A.k.A capitalism!
