its a ok build but i see why gm cars a ok

  4. how long do i have to wait for these guys to put a turbo on this, in the wrangler?

  5. I see New Pentastar engine have differnt shape Exhaust , maybe The header is not same other Ford and Chevy V6.

  6. @bwinterb u should get a diesel land rover. more torque and better fuel efficency. plus it makes an awesome sound :D

  7. @bwinterb That’s the plan…wait 6-12 months and you’ll get your wish…

  8. what’s with all the keyshots? This looks like a shitty school project video. Jesus christ i could shoot this better with the camera up my ass

  9. So the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds are on the Jeep site now and they list the same old mini van 3.8 engine :( I’m watching this video and thinking about how disapointed I am with Jeep for keeping such a fail engine in such a nice vehicle. I need a new vehicle so I guess I’ll have to go with a Land Rover so I get a great vehicle with a good engine. I really wanted a Wrangler Unlmited though, this pentastar would fit it perfect I think…

  10. @BFrohwein It seems all the new motors being made here in the US are better. It’s about time for some.lol The way the exhaust is made on the new V6 3.6. They look to be V-easy to turbo charge. Hard to make headers for if not impossible thou. Best, yl

  11. @ylism heh.. I guess we get our info in the same places.. ;) this engine has some serious potential..

  12. @BFrohwein Thanks for the info. I have read the same on Allpar.com a mopar web site. I understand the weird exhaust manifolds as well. it’s just an a all in one desighn. It must work good or they would not do it. Best, yl

  13. @ylism they have announced they will be most likely turbo charging the pentastar v6′s in the near future.. also there should also be a 3.0 and a 3.3 liter pentastar v6 soon..

  14. Why do they have the weird exhaust manifolds on the side ? The only thing I can think of is turbo’s being put there. Does anybody know for sure ? Yl

  15. yeah, i work in Saltillo South Engine Plant, in mexico, the plant is the same, and the motor is awesome.

  16. Chrysler needs this engine to be amazing for it to be a success. If it’s as good as they say it is, it might be enough to save the company. Mopar or nocar.

  17. i want one in my new jeep wrangler!!! can’t wait!

  18. Kudos! to the Trenton Engine plant.Nice job and I can see how WCM is working there. We are making it happen at ITP2.Keep up the good work!

  19. It’s eerily quiet for a factory.
I think they should be blaring classic rock, like back in the good ol’ days.

  20. Of course that is ONLY part of the story. Chrysler has aways been the ‘Underdog’ in the Motor City trio…yet they still have heart and still in the fight.

  21. good stuff

  22. Wow! Neat video! Come on Chrysler, let’s get this going and compete! You can do it!
