Trying a new tax
FINANCE Minister Kevin Falcon’s backpedalling on the HST would be funny if it weren’t for the real consequences it will have for British Columbia. It’s always entertaining to watch a government, faced with the threat of its own extinction, scramble to appease an angry voting public.
